BTW: Maybe adjust the Obama tune a bit, it was clear to most on this forum that any candidate that made it high enough up to have a chance was already in THEIR pocket.
Time to concentrate on THEM instead.

This is the word to be of concern, its a "training", means its a "conditioning" of the troops, in other words they are to be taught that this is an OK thing to do. That it doesn't go against their taking of an oath to defend the Constitution.

Didn't I see recently someone post something about the troops being well versed on the Constitution and the majority of them would not go along with such a thing"?

I personally would not buy into such delusions.
