Take 1-2 capsules of garlic with food. If it doesn't make you feel sick, take more with the next meal. It kills parasites. You can also put a capsule in your vagina for vaginal infections. If you have itching in your behind, insert one in the anal sphincter. It will burn a little when it bursts open, but I'd rather burn a little than itch. It will also make you poop worms, and their mucous and their nests. After you poop, put in another one.
Take a capsule of cayenne with your food and your garlic capsules. It kills parasites. And it is good for the heart and circulation.
Put one or more drops of oregano oil in a capsule and take it with food. Same deal. Increase to tolerance. Oregano oil will make you burp and burn your stomach if you take too much, so be careful. Start low and build up. You want to feel a little bit of tingly cool, but you don't want to have burning burps. How much to take depends on the potency of the product. I have one brand that will make my stomach tingle if I take one drop. I have another brand that I have to take five capsules before I get the tingle.
