I have lung problems constantly. I smoked for 37 years and finally quit 8 years ago (after the 5,284th try to quit). My lungs do seem to be clearing up a good bit. Not near as much coughing up junk, and it seems to be lessening as time goes along. Sometimes the junk is bloody, especially when I have a chest cold. And my chest used to hurt constantly with a dull pain and that is gone, except for exertion. I do attribute a lot of the clearing to Trappers SSKI.
Another thing is that I seem to be more regular with bowel movements. Never that much of a problem, it simply got better when the SSKI was the only thing I had changed.
Just a gut feeling that there are some small, non outwardly noticing benefits. I just know that I do not want to be out of it ever again.
