To walk with your muscles and not use superfluous nervous force is the first thing to be learned, and after or at the same time to direct your muscles as Nature meant they should be directed,--indeed we might almost say to let Nature direct them herself, without our interference.

EARLIER TODAY, I TOOK THE BOYS TO BASEBALL CAMP.
THEY BOTH LEARNED, ESPECIALLY THE PITCHING COACHES STRESSED HOW TO "USE" THE BODY CORRECTLY AND JUST ALLOW THE BODY TO FLOW AND NOT HARM YOUR BODY BY MAKING IT WORK IN AN UNNATURAL MANNER...THE BOYS WERE EXCITED TO KNOW THAT THEIR HAND DOES NOT JUST THROW THE BALL, BUT THE FORCE OF THEIR GLOVE HAND AND THE TWIST OF THEIR ENTIRE BODY PROPELLS THE BALL EFFORTLESSLY TO REACH THE HIGH SPEEDS. THE ARM/FINGERS DIRECT/RELEASE THE BALL, BUT THE BODY GIVES IT THE FORCE..
PRIOR TO THE PROFESSIONAL COACH, THE BOYS AND I NEVER KNEW A THING ABOUT HOW TO THROW A CORRECT PITCH AND NOW WITH THE SLEEP BOOK, I AM LEARNING WE CAN SPEND OUR ETIRE LIFE NEVER KNOWING HOW TO LET OUR MUSCLES, JUST BE MUSCLES.....IF WE COULD ONLY ALLOW OUR SELVES TO BE HUMAN.....BUT INSTEAD, WE ARE CIVILIZED SLAVES WITH MENTAL ISSUES THAT STRESS OUR SELVES INTO SICKNESS.
