My die-off was more with Nystatin. I figure you know Nystatin is actually natural. It's some kinda mold or something that grows in soil. Of course it's been modified I'm sure to meet pharmacuetical requirements, but it is said to be extremely safe and non-toxic to the body. Die-off from it though is probably not to good for us, therefore taking fiber or charcoal about an hour or so after dosing would help with that. I believe in other country's(other than the U.S.) nystatin can be bought OTC. Why not just do both? I really didn't have much success with CA. Don't know why. Let us know what you do and how you feel as a result.
