I did a Liver Flush
yesterday( it is not my 1st). Today I expelled MANY stones. They were about 100 - 150 MINIMUM for now! Small - average size - lentil, grape, peas. There were bigger too.
I had drunk many herbs before this flush. I recommend to drink milk thistle, gentian, chicory root, chicory, mentha, chamomile, burdock, tutsan(hypericum perforatum), dandelion root, FENNEL SEED - it is very beneficial because of its smoothing properties.
You can experiment with many herbs and see the results. These herbs will accelerate bile flow, increase the bile production, protect the liver, smooth the bile ducts, increase appetite. You can choose 3 or 4 of them and drink them a week or two before the flush. Then you can substitute one herb for another etc...
The pressure will be higher at the day of the flush!
