here is how i do it. i fully sprout the wheat berries. takes a few days. then i put them in the food processor/blender. i add enough water to so it mixes well, and then puree it. sometimes i add a little processed buckwheat flour to give it a better consistency. then i put in several pinches of sea salt, with about equal amount of potassium which i get from opening up a couple potassium capsules. you will probably want to add some olive oil, and maybe some molasses but not necessary.
then oil the pan, spread batter about a half inch thick or so, and put in oven. cook for about 1/2 hour to 45 min on low heat, about 190 degrees. it will still be a bit moist when done, don't cook until it is hard thats defeating the purpose.
put in fridge. the next day the bread is a very moist and very sweet even if no sugar has been added! i never get any kind of carbo overload from this bread and it great with some tahini and black strap molasses.
sorry about the wing style of cooking, thats just how i do it! i am sure there is a recipe somewhere online. but you should try it, don't give up bread, just give up that highly processed stuff.
