Hi everyone, I plan to start a hopefully long
Water Fast starting on Monday (Martin Luther King Jr. Day), and I'd like to know what kinds of food I can eat to minimize the initial backlash my body will have against me when I stop eating.

that the guy had a big mac right before he started and that might have contributed to him breaking out and such in the first week.
I'm hoping that should I get past the first few days I'm able to go for a few weeks, as I'm about 230 lbs (105 kilos) and 5 feet 10
inches tall. (177 cm)
I'm physically disabled and have a problem with the only knee that I have, which limits the amount of rigorous exercise I can do.
