Dr. Mom says the use of greens in addition to fruits/veggies, also water & exercise will help those with anxiety problems.

She says low levels of the amino acid tryptophan causes dehydration, throwing the nerves off balance, so adding water & greens will help this.

I know you believe in raw in season fruitarian diet.
DOESN'T MATTER WHAT I BELIEVE, WE CAN'T CHANGE THAT FACT OF LIFE.
So why add greens?
SIMPLE, IF YOU HAVE NO IN SEASON FRUITS, THEN YOU EAT GRASS.
Or do you have herbal substitute for greens which works just as well?
GREENS ARE BEST RAW/FRESH AND AS FAR AS HERBS GO, IT HAS TO BE A POWDER. I KNOW OF NO GOOD WAY TO CAPTURE "GREEN" IN A LIQUID, UNLESS THAT LIQUID IS 90% GRAIN ALCOHOL WHICH MAKES IT NOT A DOABLE THING OF ANY USE IN HEALTH.
SO EAT THE LEAVES, THE GRASSES IF YOU DESIRE GREEN. BUT REMEMBER, YOUR NUDE SKIN EXPOSED TO THE SUN AND BLINK AT THE SUN ONCE IN AWHILE IS YOUR GENIUNE FOOD, WHAT OUR BODIES ARE REALLY MADE FROM. EVERYTHING ELSE THAT IS GOOD, IS BECAUSE IT AIDS IN CLEANSING THE BODY OF WASTE/PARASITES OR SUPPLIES PLANT MINERALS.
