The too thin author I believe was more famous, more stronger in his seventies, but the too thin book must have been an early book he wrote, shortly after he restored his own sickly body.

After the too thin were described and prescribed to, he now starts his excercises. This man became a truely incrediable strong man in his 70's, way beyond what he is writing here early in his success back to health:

In his 70's, he was known to take on any physical challenge.

You can compare him to PAUL BRAGG and BRAGG was of a similar age, so these 2 guys probably knew of each other! The differance being,up until his near death, he was a drunken old medical doctor smoking cigars and had watched his parents and brothers all die of heart disease and he was to the point of 200 blood pressure and passing out and unable to work ands figured he would die any day and orange juice saved his life!!!!!!!!!! You bet, 21 days of orange juice and this author said he kicked the REAPER off his porch and decided he wqs going to OBEY NATURE and obey he did and should be any man's teacher for health.

When he died, he donated his wealth and left this world a WEALTH OF HEALTH EDUCATION and was all but forgotten, that is, till his books came to me! He was a mighty occult author! "These" old teachers never stopped teaching just because their body left this earth...their works are always helping the human race from above.
