If you have been doing the three-day cleanse all along and are used to doing it - then you can continue doing it during your pregnancy. If you have never done one and your body is not used to it, then I would not recommend starting one when you are pregnant. You don't want to start dumping too many toxins which could go to the baby. When you are pregnant, you are in a 'construction' (building, nourishing) mode - not a cleansing mode. It is important to keep the bowel cleansed, but not to focus on extreme cleansing.
