I've been juicing
for a cuppla months now and am really enjoying it (especially since I bought a new juicer - so much easier than the old cheap one!!). most days I have 15-20 ounces
and my usual combination is carrot, celery, cucumber, beetroot and I toss a radish in for taste.
I'd like to start incorporating different vegetables - especially types I might not ever eat otherwise. I have tried leafy things like spinach and find them fiddly and annoying to juice (trying to wash them and check for bugs properly).
I look at things like pumpkin, swedes, turnips, fennel, artichokes but I have no idea what they might taste like in my juice... any suggestions or experiences welcome..
