Apple juice will help you dissolve stones, which will increase liver action/cleansing. After you've juiced a bunch of apples and drank 8oz of apple juice a day for 4-7 days, see about doing a series of liver flushes. You need to cleanse your colon too.
Carrot juice is also very very cleansing for the liver. It works best, however, when mixed with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and one tablespoon of lemon juice, which tastes better as a salad than a drink! ;) So when you make your carrot juice, take the pulp that is left behind and make a salad out of it and eat it for lunch or snack. Dress it with the olive oil, lemon juice, and anything else you want like raisens or ginger.
"Juicing for Life" by Cherie Calbom has a section on hair loss, see if your school library has a copy. It says to eat more sulphur-rich veggies/foods such as eggs, legumes and cabbage.
Sugar, even fruti sugar, is often a culprit in hair loss, so cut out all sweets and limit your fruits to apples only.
You need B vitamins, including Lecithin.
You need some essential fatty acids - olive oil is an excellent source.
Hope that helps! :)
