As long as you are getting enough to drink, eat, sleep and your baby is nursing well you are making enough milk.
Delayed letdown is normal, I call it a more refined letdown which is what your body is supposed to do as your baby grows. Your breasts are made to make just enough milk for your baby not more. It is called the law of supply and demand. the more your baby nurses the more milk you will have for your baby's needs not more. If your baby is happy, having bowel movements and at least 6-8 wet diapers a day then you are making enough milk. If you want extra milk to store in the freezer then pump your breasts every day during your baby's regular nap time and your breast will begin to make milk every day for that time. Why are you concerned about your milk supply? I hope this helps. From a mom who nursed 5 kids, and I am a retired lactation consultant.
