Water Cure . I've found it extremely helpful for cutting carb cravings which I find to be a very good thing. I was reading just now on Dr. Fuhrman's site and while a lot of his information makes sense, he has listed Salt (even natural
Sea Salt ) among the Top 7 Foods that cause ill health. He's very against salt. I'm wondering if I should be taking so much salt without learning more. Several people here are very much for the
Water Cure which seems to me after a few days like it may be very beneficial. Thoughts anyway?
