Had some lab tests done at my drs and as it turns out my calcium and magnesium are too high and potassium and sodium are too low.
I don't know if the moreless drink caused this? I do know that I got worse doing the moreless drink.

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,323,599Hey gar, I'm so sorry you have experienced some problems but I would think it would be wise to share with Moreless what and how much ingredients you use in your drink. As I remember you decided you wanted to follow Mia Deardens recipe with egg shells. Sometimes ML can help you get the amounts corrected so the balance is just right for you.
Even if you have decided that the drink is not for you, leaving your post as is, without letting Moreless size up your problem and why it happened may lead others to believe they too will have the same problem. So it would be helpful for you and for others if you could share what you do and if you ever purchased a refractometer to test your foods. Thanks. :)

This is a reply to # 1,323,621Egg shells were no help either. That's why I went to my dr because my problems were getting worse taking extra calcium.
Not sure what I will do now, but I won't be taking any calcium. My dr said to stop taking supplements and suggested potasium rich foods, but that's all he suggested.
I will do what the dr says and see how that goes for a while. I am feeling better off of the calcium drinks, so we will see.
The dr said the calcium was not so high that I should worry so that's good.
Perhaps it would be a good idea for people to get a comprehensive metabolic panel lab test prior to starting this drink to ensure they don't have high calcium levels.

Answer: Sorry you are having so much health issues, but most other folks are, so you are not in the boat by yourself !
It is easiest to Blame others and or others suggestions for our own past Failures and Poor choices, but we also have a choice to continue in this Rut of Depression and Sickness and Diseases or decide to learn WHY we are having problems and then do something about changing from our Poor choices?
So the Real question is are you interesrted in learning WHY or do you choose to just Complain and believe what the Doctor tells you, when he does not know WHY ! For if he knew WHY and you knew WHY then if you were following the correct ideas you would not be Sick and Diseased as you find yourself?
I will lay out WHY you more than likely are having your present problems and you can believe or not believe, for it is your choice to stay Sick and Diseased !
The Poor Quality foods that you and everyone else has been eating that contain too much NPN and not enough of the needed Alkaline Minerals has allowed your Lymphatic Fluids to become too Acidic ! This has Caused your Aches and Pains !
Constipation then Diarrhea has been a problem some time in your Life, thus leading to Damaged Adrenals and other Endocrine Glands as well as Damaged Liver and Kidneys !
The result of all this has shown up as Aches and Pain in your muscles and Joints and elsewhere in your body ! This may be from a Lack of needed Calcium and Magnesium and too much Potassium as Potassium Nitrate(NPN) from the Poor Quality foods that are being eaten ! A Refractometer will prove this to be so ! Of course when one has not gotten a refractometer and believes their Dr. instead, what is one to expect? As well as too much Sodium as table salt !
The test your Dr. did are about worthless for they do not tell about the present state of the Lymphatic Fluids and or Organs floating in these TOO Acidic Fluids, which you could have them checked to confirm what I am sharing at this time with you and you may find this to be so !
As most folks eat their Biggest meal of an even time and eat too much Proteins before Bedtime, this is more than likely also a problem of yours?
This along with the Poor Quality Fruits and Vegetables you are having to eat, which are too High in Potassium Nitrate(NPN) add to your many problems !

My diet is excellent and for most of my life it has been very good, better than most because I have always cooked home meals and made them from scratch. I am an old lady so I expect things to go wrong as I age, that's life!
I put my post out there so others may consider if their calcium is too high. putting calcium in a body that already has too much is clearly not the answer. My doctor's suggestion made me feel better so he must be doing something right.

Answer: As I said, since it is obvious that you think your Dr. is correct, then you need to listen to her or him? Your above answer explains more fully WHY you had the problems you are having !
I am sorry to say that just because your Dr. Claims you have too much Calcium does not make it so, but he may be correct that you have too much in the wrong places because of a shortage in the needed places !

This is a reply to # 1,324,906My purpose is this. I imagine in my mind this little sweet old lady that has come to this forum because someone told her about it. This is what her very first message on curezone said, that someone directed her here. She also said she was a little scared because people can be mean on these forums. She also very much thanked you for your teachings and said she had been reading a lot and learning. She is most likely the average old person out there that has lived a productive life and hardly had a health problem at all until these later years. I'm just guessing about that though. I'm going by both my grandmothers who have lived very productive lives with hardly an ache or a pain but are now starting to have problems now that they are in their late seventies and eighties. I know neither of my grandmothers know much about health but right now they are open to learning because of their suffering. But I know when I talk to both of them, they get confused easily. The things I talk about are all new to them.
I really do not believe this woman was here to complain. She thought she had discovered what was happening to her and why she couldn't handle the drink, because her test showed she had too much calcium. In an average person's mind, meaning one who hasn't studied health extensively, why wouldn't it make sense that if your test showed too much calcium, you might not need more calcium?
I just cannot imagine going off on one of my grandmother's because they were confused about something when it came to health because I know they haven't been studying that their whole life. That's not their expertise.

As for getting back to getting myself well-- I am always on that mission, and will be till I reach that goal, and I will keep going to maintain it.
I don't post a lot, because honestly I just don't have the time. It takes a heck of a lot of time to do all the things you need to do to be healthy.

I state my ideas and try to explain for those asking and let each person choose what they want to believe and answer for their own Poor choices !
I choose to not be a respecter of persons, be it a Female or Male or old lady etc!
Life is too short to try to make everyone like me and my ideas !
As usual not everything may be as it may 1st seem to be !
I am still willing to help this old lady if she changes her mind, as I hold no grudge against her !

I also agree with you that we shouldn't worry about what others say or think. We certainly can't please everyone in this life, that's for sure.
