The symptoms are tinnitus, fluid in both ears, oral thrush, terrible smell in sinuses and a taste in my sinuses/nasal cavity when I sniff or blow my nose that is similar to bleu cheese. I consistently show stringy saliva when doing the "spit test". Systemically I have a lot of digestive troubles that I didn't have when I was younger. My skin is dry and flaky in the winter (I live in Pennsylvania) and I've had some issues with fatigue and energy.
Not sure if it's related or not but I often hear a sound that is very similar to a watch ticking which occurs in both ears at times or only one ear at other times.
I believe this came about as the result of a period of time about ten years ago where I took
Antibiotics for several months. Unbeknownst to me I had an improperly placed
root canal that had decomposed and was leaking infection into my bloodstream.
Because of the incompetence of the dentist that did the
root canal I have problems to this day. Prior to that I was very healthy with no significant problems of any real consequence.
