There are many other sources of calcium which are much better than dairy products. One of my favorite sources is 'horse tail'. It is a plant that is full of organic calcium.
Indigestion, heart burn and acid reflux tend to be common side-effects of pregnancy - especially if you had something to eat just before you went to bed. Drinking alot of fluids and taking some aloe juice can help calm it down and soothe it.
