Hi
Quick question.
Are all brands of BSM much and such when it comes to mineral content?
My health food shop stocks Meridian BSM but it has limited info on mineral content. Can anyone advise of any brands that are superior to others?

This is a reply to # 1,319,703I'm not familiar with Meridian BSM brand but as long as it is unsulphured it may be good. Health foods stores usually have good BSM. In time you may find yourself trying different brands to find the one that seems to help you the most.
Same goes with finding produce. If you can purchase a refractometer and test your produce would be a big eye opener for you. Not only that but will guide you into choosing better. Please do a search on refractometers and learn how to choose healthy produce and not junk food produce. Once your body starts noticing the difference in quality of foods, you will start to be able to listen to your own body for clues as to the quality...but until then use things like the refractometer or pH strips to help quide you. Read as much as you can on all these subjects. It will be of great help to you.
