Bloating can be caused by poor digestion which usually comes from poor food combining, too many processed foods, not enough live enzymes, and/or from poor elimination. The enzymes you are taking can certainly help (assuming they are coming from a natural source such as papaya). Another way to get the enzymes you need is to incorporate more live foods into your diet such as fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, sprouts, fresh juicing, etc. In 1977, America became the first country in the history of this planet to eat more than half of our diet processed. In many cases today it is 100% processed. We build life with life. In order to have a healthy digestive system, you have to have a healthy diet, which means you have to eliminate the bad and add in more of the good. If there is constant bloating, I would also be concerned about more advanced problems such as: inflamed gallbladder, ulcers, acid reflux, etc. A long with being uncomfortable, this could be a symptom of something advancing into a more serious stage. The juice fasting is a good way to allow the digestive system to take a break, but you need to stay on top of this until you have eliminated the problem/symptom.
