I agree that you are very toxic. When I fast, I get some muscle pain. I usually don't get much else than that and a few minor detox symptoms.
However, this was not always the case. Several years ago when I first started taking fasting more seriously, fasting was accompanied by terrible
Body Odor and a taste in my mouth. It made me feel very weak physically. I didn't even want to exercise, or even get out of bed at times.
Several years before that when I first started experimenting with diet, it was even worse. When I first stopped drinking caffeinated beverages, I had the worst headache. I'm talking about, it felt like someone had stuck their fist into the back of my head, type of headache. And it lasted for a full month, day and night.
If you're so toxic that fasting is really that painfull, I'm afraid the only option is to live through the pain. The only way to reduce it is to reduce the rate of detox. A juice fast would probably help a little. But if it's "unbearable" (which nothing is, really) then the best option is to not fast at all, and instead go on a vegan diet for a few months.
After all, there's no overarching reason to detox that quickly unless your physical condition is debilitating (in which you'd probably be bedridden anyway). But in reality there are only two options, anyway. Suck up the pain, or go on a diet so you don't detox as quickly. The former option has the advantage of speed while the latter option has the advantage of being less disruptive to your social life. Only you can choose which path is right for you.
Also, what I've been talking about here is precisely the reason why most people advocate going on a diet after fasting. Toxic people who fast and then start eating toxic foods, really aren't doing themselves any justice. They have only put themselves through a lot of pain for a gain which they will lose within a couple of days after the fast. Fasting has disappointing effects for people looking for short-term gain.
