HELP OUT WHO? BUSH ALREADY PAID OFF ALL HIS BUDDIES.

I'm not sure that the wealthiest man in the world has that much and that is how much went to nothing in 12 months.
Nobody has mentioned this kind of stuff since Reagan complained that the national debt was at one trillion dollars in 1980. He then proceeded to triple it during his administration.
Now just the interest on the debt is at half of what Reagan was complaining that the debt was at back then.
