Do you have an ulcer or experience pain or burning in your stomach?...I hope they didn't tell you that this was the cause of your constipation! H. pylori can lead to ulcers...frankly I don't know how effective herbal treatments are for it and
Antibiotic treatment has a good success rate. If you take the
Antibiotics just make sure that you use extra probiotics during the treatment. If you DON'T have an ulcer or stomach discomfort you might want to try using betaine HCL with meals...this is stomach acid and helps to kill bacteria and parasites. It will irritate an already-formed ulcer, though...start using it once it's healed. There are several things which can help heal the mucosal lining...aloe juice, deglycyrrhizinated licorice (DGL), slippery elm, marshmallow root, green drinks/juices, and glutamine. Fresh cabbage juice is very healing for stomach conditions. And make sure to avoid coffee, alcohol, cigarettes and pain meds....and antacids once an ulcer has healed.
Tracey is right about the liver meridian located on the big toe. The spleen and stomach meridians also connect on the medial side of the big toe...could be all of it. Rub the area and if you find any spots of tenderness apply a little pressure and hold...this can help the energy flow better in these organs.
