I assume this is a Windows message. I wouldn't bother calling the geek squad. It's a security setting you should be able to change, unless you've set yourself up with a non-privileged account. It would be good if you have a friend or relative for some friendly advice. You can Google the error messages and find help out there on the web. Now, don't go around deleting operating system files you don't understand, but it is OK to mess with your security settings :)
