Hi Ya'll,
It Never stops amazing me at the number of folks whom think they are drinking the Moreless Alkalizing drink, even when they make Substitutes of the ingredients listed to make the drink properly with?
If a person wants a Sports Race car, do they buy a volkswagon bug or a Porsche?
The same applys to using the Correct ingredients for the Moreless Alkalizing Drink !
Blackstrap Molasses: This does not mean Regular Molasses !
Lemon Juice or Apple Cider Vinegar: This does not mean Apple Juice or Canned Lemon Juice !
Lime Water from mixing 1 Tablespoonfull of Pickling Lime(Calcium Hydroxide) into 1 Gallon of Distilled water and mixing this up for ones stock solution of Lime water to add to the drink !
This does not mean water with any other forms of Calcium added !
Epsom Salt : This does not mean Sea Salt !
Kelp Powder of the Best Quality one may find from the Coldest Ocean Waters: This does not mean Kelp Tablets that have fillers added to them or Kelp from Warm ocean waters!

But does it explain NEGATIVE EFFECTS from the drink if one substitutes blackstrap molasses with the less nutrient dense molasses with all other ingredient exactly as you describe?
Not working is one thing, but to have SETBACKS as the result?

What about those that have already high levels of serum Iron, or even those suffering from Haemachromatosis? Do you still perscribe the use of blackstrap molasses even if they risc Iron overload?

This is a reply to # 1,305,395I have noticed 2 causes of negative effects to this protocol.
First, not using the correct ingredients and making all the diet and lifestyle changes.
Second, not learning how to fine tune it all. Too much or too little of the right things can have temporary ill effects.
Maybe why this is called the MORE LESS protocol???
There is no substitute for learning and adjusting things for oneself, and while learning, one will take a few false steps.
Please keep coming back and adjusting till you get it...it will be worth it!
