Hi Ya'll,
Many supposed Chritians want to believe that what they have been brainwashed with by their Favorite preacher to be Truth, without them checking it out themself !
So many get offended when their ideas come into question !
One of the favorite ideas is that because these folks have come to believe in Jesus Christ that this makes them better than everyone else and everyone else is going to find Everlasting Punishment come Judgement day !
This line of False thinking may be related to Lucifer who got a Big Head and ended up becomming Satan the Devil himself?
Altho the Bible relates to Everlasting Punishment, if one is willing to do ones Homework and is Seeking for the real Truth, then one will learn these ideas of Everlasting Punishment for mankind is a bunch of Nonsense !
Let us consider the Simpleness of the idea in question: Mankind is Flesh and Blood, which when thrown into a burning Fire will Die and the Flesh and Blood will Burn to Ashes and this person shall be --NO-- More !!!!!!!!!!!
Oh, I forgot to mention what God has to say about this all taking place upon Judgement day and the End results? Maybe those who Claim to be believers in Jesus will believe what God has to say about his Judgement day?
This info may be found in Malachi 4:1 For, behold, the day cometh, that shall burn as an oven; and all the proud, yea, and all that do wickedly, shall be stubble: and the day cometh that shall burn them up, saith the Lord of hosts, that is shall leave them neither root or branch. 4:3 And ye shall tread down the wicked; for they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet in the day that I shall do this, saith the Lord of hosts.
Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm?
Ashes????????? Sounds like an Everlasting condition to me, but not as many have been deceived into believing from their preachers?
Please tell me how ashes can Suffer forever and ever???????

For those who are hanging onto the idea that those who reject God will find themself come Judgement day being thrown into Everlasting Punishment to Suffer forever and ever, let me ask a few questions?
Is your God a Loving and Kind God?
My God is the author of the Fruits of the Spirit, which does not Cause folks to Suffer in Everlasting Punishment ! Everlasting Punishment would fit into the works of the Flesh of which my God is not a part of !
Now let us consider it from a Family stand point, but instead of the God family, let us talk about the Human Family with a Loving Father and Mother and their children? Put yourself in this condition and ask yourself if you were a Loving Father or Mother would "YOU" cause your children to end up in Everlasting Punishment for rejecting your way of Life or would you just let them Die and be gone when they rejected your ways that were keeping them Safe?
Example; Say you had told your child to not Play in the street for they may get hit by a car, yet they went on ahead and ran out in front of a car and got Injured ! Would you make them Suffer For the Rest of their Life because they did not listen to you? Or would you as a Loving parent try to help them recover and not Suffer for the rest of their Life?
Hmmmmmmmmmmm?
So, if you as a Loving parent would not let your child Suffer for the rest of their Life in Everlasting Punishment for rejecting your advice, are you trying to say "YOU" are better than God? For in Claiming God is going to Cause his Children whom reject him to Suffer forever and ever in Everlasting Punishment, is this not placeing yourself above and better than God?
Hmmmmmmmmmmmm? So We did not consider it from this angle?
As usual not everything may be as it may 1st seem to be !
It pays to use just a little bit of stuff called Common Sense every once in awhile !

I believe in taking the Bible as a whole- nothing contradicts the other and if we had a perfect understanding from God's point of view that would be obvious. I suspect that you believe the same. Yet here we are with opposing viewpoints.

I learned a long time ago that when I read something, it is "MY" own choice to believe How I want to about what I am reading and that the writer is "NOT" Responsible for MY actions ! It is called Personal Responsibility !
WHY do so many so-called Christians Fail to learn to take Personal Responsibility for their own choices, for that matter WHY does the Human Race Fail in this regards?
Here is HOW we may learn to overcome our Fobia of reading what I am Freely sharing: If what I am sharing is False and "WE" are 100% sure it is False, because "WE" know 100% that "OUR" ideas are the Truth, then it is "OUR" choice to Reject any False ideas and go on with our Life Knowing that "OUR" ideas are the Truth !
-----But----- when we are not 100% Sure our ideas are 100% Truth and we know deep down that we may also be Deceived with some False ideas, yet we try to cling on to our False ideas, this may cause us Pain and Suffering, for as God has stated: Seek the Truth and it shall set us Free !

How else may one explain the Truth about WHY many folks have been Deceived by Satan? The Truth is Hard to swallow for many folks, especially when we have been Deceived for most of our Life and 1st learn that we have been Deceived ! Please tell me of anyone who likes to find out what they have beleived all their Life is False?
Maybe this verse will open some eyes that are able to see: ---Revelations 20:10 And the Devil that ---deceived them--- was cast into the lake of Fire and Brimstone, where the beast and False prophet are, and shall be tormented day and nite for ever and ever.
Two things one may learn from the above verse: Mankind is presently being Deceived by Satan and in the end Satan is the one who will be cast into the Everlasting Fire ! There is --NO-- mention of Mankind being put to Everlasting Punishment that they can feel !

But, I am cautioning one to consider that when we have become Deceived and Refuse to change when we learn we have been Deceived, we may be in Hot water, so to speak?
I will be the 1st to admit that I also may be Deceived in some of my ideas, but that when I learn that I have been, I am willing to change, always seeking the Truth from God !
To Honestly find the Truth to the above question we may need to ask ourself ------WHY------ Satan Fell from Heaven where he was the Great Angel Lucifer to begin with? What was the reason for Lucifers Great Fall from Heaven?
The answer to this Truth, is Simply that he got a Big Head by thinking himself to be Greater than his Creator !
All we need to do then to find if --WE-- may have the same problem is to ask ourself if --WE-- are thinking too Highly of our own self and has Satan deceived us in any way?
How does Satan accomplish Deciving so Many folks and they do not know it?
It is Simply done by telling mostly Truth, but hiding a little False info inbetween the Truth ! This is where the Big problem of Organized Christianity finds it's self !
It is these small --Lies-- that Deceive so many folks so easily !
As I have said before, we may Judge all things by the use of the Fruits of the Spirit to see if it be of God or of Satan !
We need to ask ourself if Causing those who Reject God to end up in Everlasting Punishment, meaning Everlasting Pain and Suffering fits into God's Fruits of the Spirit or into Satans Works of the Flesh and we may know the Truth !

When you make statements such as "my god is not the kind of god who would do something like that!" or "my god is a kind and merciful god and would never severely punish disobedience", you are putting God Himself on trial or you are simply making up your own god, the one that you think you would like. God tells us who He is. He tells us what He is like. He is righteous, just, loving, faithful... the list goes on and on. We can know these things for certain about God because He tells us so. But we can not necessarily take these qualities of God and say, "Because God is good, he would not do this or that." How dare we analyze God! As God said to Job,
"Who is this that darkens counsel by words without knowledge? Gird up your loins like a man and I will demand of you, and you declare to Me. Where were you when I laid the foundation of the earth? For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways, and My thoughts than your thoughts." Isaiah 55:8,9

Answer: My I bring up a common problem that comes about:
What I said ! What I ment to say ! What I wanted to Say !

It is called a Lack of proper communication !

1st we need to go back to the basics of who God is, the answer is Love !
So how can we determine where Love fits into Eternal Punishment and or How and What this is supposed to mean?
For this we need to understand that God Created the Entire universe and everything in it and established a set of laws to govern the Universe ! It just so happens that the Acid/Alkaline pH balancing principles play a major role in controling everything in the entire Universe !

Example of how this may work: Let us consider a car that needs gasoline for the engine to Burn to power the car along and it needs water to keep the engine cool, but we decide to put gasoline in the Cooling tank and water in the fuel tank ! Anyone will find out that when we make these Poor chocies to put the Gasoline into the water tank and the water into the Gasoline tank that the car will --NOT-- work !!!!!!
Just like the Laws God has set in motion, mankinds Poor choices result in the poor results gotten for our Poor chocies ! God does not need to take any action, it is all mankinds choice and the end result is already determined by the laws God has set in motion !
God is Love and he is not going to cause anyone to Suffer forever and ever, but God will allow those who reject him to end up being Burned up to ashes in an Eternal Fire that has been prepared for Satan and his crew to themself having to Suffer forever and ever, because they are Spirit beings and there is No way God can now get rid of them ! This is WHY God made man in the physical, so that those of mankind whom rejected God would not be allowed to become Spirit beings, thus avoid having to Cause them to Suffer in Pain and Everlasting Suffering ! It is not a case of whether or not someone WANTS to believe something. Our belief or disbelief in God, for instance, changes Him not one bit. You tend to focus in your posts on only the "good" side of God (the side that YOU perceive as good is what I mean). God is also a JUST God; He calls Himself a JEALOUS God as well.
Why is it OK in your opinion for God to damn angelic beings to never-ending torment, but not humans? Do you think that humans have not rebelled against Him so much as the angels have? The angels have greater sin?

Where is the Biblical support for these statements? There is no way God can get rid of the angels? He is stuck with them? God made man in the physical so that those who rejected Him could never become spirit beings and therefore never have to suffer as much as the angels? I can't think of any Biblical passage to back up such comments.
You continue to talk about the unbelievers being burned up and made to ashes... You have a quote that appears to prove your point, but I would take Scripture as a whole and interpret this verse in Malachi in light of the entirety of the Bible. There are many more passages which speak of never-ending torment.
Your question of how can a mortal body not be burned up completely in fire... Well, how on the other hand can a body which died years ago, decades ago, a thousand years ago and is completely decomposed be resurrected to once again face the judgment of God (whether temporary OR eternal)? God had a plan from the beginning. The result of sin is death. Physical death, spiritual death, eternal death... The free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. God is not at fault for any choice that we make. He has provided a "way out" of our conundrum, a solution to our sinful disobedience. It is up to each of us individually whether or not we take it. Jesus saves.

Answer: God has created mankind where each person has an Essence that may Identify each individual and this may be by each persons Specific Frequency and or Micro-frequency, when the Physical Dies the Physical death this Frequency still may exist, but in a form now of Energy, which God may resurrect into the physical at any time he chooses, but this person is still ---NOT-- a Spirit being which does not exist as physical ! Thus the saying that the dead know not what goes on in the Living physical world !

May I ask you to consider an idea to help you Clarify this Deception about Everlasting Punishment that has been put over on Organized Christianity?
There is one place in the Bible that provides the Truth about how we should Live and it is the Fruits of the Spirit ! This also states that in Living by these principles there is --NO--Law against this way of Life !
Consider the rest of the bible and the many doctrines that folks continue to want to argue about if it is so or not so?
Then just use the Simpleness of the Fruits of the Spirit of which there is --NO--Law against and consider if the True God of Love would be following the Fruits of the Spirit by causing those whom decide to reject his ways to Live, that he would then choose to make them Suffer forever and ever for their rejection of him?
Or is it more Likely that a God choosing Pain and Suffering may be the God of Darkness, namely Satan the devil himself, whom has folks deceived into this False idea of causing folks to Suffer Everlasting Pain because of their rejection of the one True God of Love and of the Fruits of the Spirit?
There is a saying that when we are standing in front of a big tree, we may miss seeing the Forest of trees behind this Big tree !

Maybe this past post will help provide you with a little more insight and better understanding of what I have been sharing?

As Flesh and Blood is Living matter and non-Living Matter is just inert matter
like rocks and dirt etc, and these may just be the Electro-magnetic Energy
Slowed down enough to form Matter by the process of enough Alkaline Minerals
present to cut the Acidity enough to allow for this process to happen, what then
is Spirit?
What is God?
The Good Book says God is Spirit !
What then is Spirit?
Spirit is Energy !
Energy may be made up of the Different Light Frequencies of the Electro-magnetic
Light spectrum, which are "Everywhere" in the entire Universe at 'ALL" times !
Thus God may be "Everywhere" thruout the entire Universe at "ALL" times !
And the Electro-magnetic Light Spectrum contains visible Energy frequencies as
well as invisible to our eyes Energy frequencies !
Now we may know "WHY" it is possible for God to be everywhere in the universe
at the same time?
And by God's will, he may think into action any of these Frequencies of
Electro-magnetic Energy to Create "ANYTHING" at his command, to Create what "we"
may consider a Miracle !
As usual not everything may be as it may first seem to be !
And when one comes to understand some of these things, then one does not Fear
man and what he may do unto us, but , rather he who is Greater and has Power
over "ALL" !
Yet, it is not Fear that one has for God, then, but Great Admoration and
Reverence!
