Does anyone have any information about parasites (such as roundworm) that might infect the brain, and if so, what is the procedure for ridding yourself of these wretched things?

Also my scalp feels like there is something moving under it constantly and I maintain a tingling feeling in my joints and face all day! What is wrong with me? No other medical explaination and I've had ALL the tests.
