I have windows xp home ed. I got this computer in 2002 or 03 I believe. Recently I downloaded service pack 3. Now every time I try to download anything from the net I get this error msg: Your security settings will not allow you to download this file. I can't download anything like games, files, things from download.com Nothing. Please help.
