Well, My first flush didnt go as I hoped. I did everything to the tee.
I took my mixture which by the way I didnt think the oil & grapefruit tasted bad at all.. (It was the epson salt that totally gagged me) by the book.The funny thing was as soon as I drank the mixture my stomach was talking to me wow it was so loud.
I slept all night until 4 ish then back to sleep until 6:20.
I have had a few stool runs this morning the 1st & 2nd ones had pebbles not quite the size of peas they where smaller ones and then lots of little tiny ones.They where all green and the water was yellowish green also. I tried to count it looks to be about 30 total.
I was hoping for more then that and bigger ones.
I am so hungry this morning and very thirsty!! Water does not taste good this morning so I am going to drink some fresh grapefruit juice pretty quickly.
The puffy bags under my eyes are worse today and my nose is well has bugers...LOL feels allergy kind of..LOL
Sorry but if we can talk about digging through our poop I guess I can talk about bugers in my nose...LOL
I will let you know as the day goes on how things go.

This is a reply to # 128,347Hey, good you did it! I always drink a lot of water in the morning, its over and I think it helps my body
to eliminate the rest. You may be surprised how much is still coming, for me it always takes about a day.
Yes, water seems to taste different.

I think you had a pretty good flush,and I think you will get out more and bigger stones on the next flushes. The not so good feeling could be caused by toxins released from the stones, I read this some where. You may feel better after you eat. I know I did. The one time I used the Epsom Salts , water did not taste good to me either. You do need to drink lots of it, even if it does not taste good. Just what you wanted to hear, right!!? For me, small stones came out at first....then on the next flushes I got larger stones. Possibly the small ones have to come out first? Hope to see you in the chatroom!
