I will probably only go 10 days, as my body is approx 17% BF and I don't want to go down much further. I feel if I did 20 days (which I originally wanted) it would start eating at my hard earned muscle. And I'm not wanting to get under 195 lbs either.
Plus I haven't fed my muscles and body in general correctly in the past 6 weeks.. that and training.. and to me its like giving up my right arm.
I'm fatigued mentally, but that has to do with the recent roller coaster ride in my life.
I was about to break it last night because I was just annoyed and pissy.. but I spent a lot of time chatting with mouseclick and that subsided (thanks :P)
Everything is fleeting.
