fasting101
dear mserica,
It is my understanding from the post i had read in reply to ur question that a previous member linked to you the information by dr shelton. Before you read the entire stuffy e-book, i would recommend that you evaluate why it is that you are doing this extended water fast. I am speaking from personal experience when i say that the first step to an extended
Water Fast (ewf) should be to relinquish all fears. That is the difference between starvation and fasting. So stay confident that you are doing something wonderful for your body. I supplement tea in the first four to five days at the beginning of the fast, this helps with hunger pains, fatigue, light-headedness, etc. I use yerba mate (pronounced: yerba matae) you can buy it at near wholesale prices by googling yerba mate wholesale. It is true that the more you know about the ewf before you begin the better, however, stay in tune to what ur body is telling you and act accordingly, you should not feel extremely sharp pains. I usually experience between day six and fourteen, what appears as a rash on the chest area, it is actually an outbreak of remnants of poison ivy toxin found in my liver. Also realize that you progress through physical and emotional ailments in a reverse and abbreviated order. please email me if you have any further questions and i will try to be of assistance.
cheers to a healthy life.
