I lay on my back quietly for 20 to 30 minutes (I'd read 20 minutes somewhere) then lay on my right side for most of the night...but, I think Blueduck is the one to answer! He got out a whopper...so I'd be interested in his sleeping method too!

I was on my back, head high on pillow *Hulda's suggestion* for a couple of hours. I cannot lay on my right side at all when I flush, not even towards morning, immediate nausea comes.......so, after laying on my back and reading (reading Hulda!!) I laid on my stomach, right leg pulled up with knee bent, sleeping on my left arm. I have now figured out a way to email a pic of the Gall Boulder. If you want a pic, email me at laurablueduck@hotmail.com I am not scared to post me email here, because I just do not care....*LOL* So, if you want a pic of my Gall Boulder email me with your addy and screen name here, and I will send it to you. This is a reply to # 128,047i suggest you do some kidney cleanses occasioanally.. all that Epsom Salts and the toxins might get to your kidneys.. its important to keep your kidneys clean too.. they're just as important then your liver(well, not really.. and you have two.. but they're still needed!) ..
i believe you're supposed to wait atleast 3 weeks for the liver cleanses.. i think its too much of a shock to your system the other way...
im no doctor, but thats what i've heared on the forum.

I did have a picture of a blue duck on my profile in a chat room for a while. I also quacked and bit people with my duck bill. It was fun. People even fed me stale bread crumbs. I love humor. I think it would be wonderful if we could post pictures on this site....However, I sure do not know how to do that. I had a friend that posted my blue duck picture on the chat profile and have no idea how it is done at all. I would also love to have a chatroom. If this cannot be accomplished, we could just all meet some where? What do you think about doing that ?

Well....gee thanks!! I am old, pushing fifty, and with the way I have felt for so long, that is really old to me. I do not think of people as old, even if they are older than I am....I just think of me as old because of the way I have felt. Sure I will send you a pic of my Gall Boulder. I tend to form mental pics of people that I talk to on the computer. I am usually right too!
