I keep stalling and breaking my fast.. lol.. the past 3 days have been a whirlwind.. and I should be on day 3..and today I broke my fast with 6 eggwhites and a protein shake.. yes! haha.. I felt like my muscles were craving some protein so there ya have it
ahhh okay get it together anya..
I really want to go for 21 days. I will go for at least 10 days, and then the rest kind of depends on what my body says, its already kinda going into some weird frenzy since I haven't been in the weight room for about a month. I'm not too worried about the holidays since I'm used to eating clean during then if I'm in contest prep. And my whole family is kinda health freaks so :)
I have been doing some pushups and dips though, because I'm starting to feel guilty and I just need some weight bearing exercising, because I'm so used to it.
so yeah I'm hoping to get into my size 8 *maybe* by day 10. My waist is a size 8 but the bulk of my thighs are not.. and I'm kind of getting sick of having to go a size up and then get the waist tailored in.
I'm actually hope I lose some muscle this time around.
I feel when I post here I am more obligated to move fwd, I was in such a groove and ended it for a date that I didnt even go on.. ex stood me up. So all for NOTHING! haha.
