Hi there, I have been having a problem with dry mouth and not enough saliva for awhile now. It started after I toured some 3rd world countries, came home with some kind of dry, cracked fungus that wouldn't go away on my lip, got pneumonia and swollen glands from coughing nonstop, started a
parasite cleanse but stopped in the middle ... now, I still have the cracked itchy upper lip that responds to NO topical treatments and my glands (not swollen) but sore, hard to swallow, dry cotton mouth ... simply not enough saliva and the more I drink, the worse it gets. I do make saliva for eating, chewing gum, and sucking lemons seems to help for a bit.
Besides oil pulling every morning (which oil would be best?) and re-starting my
parasite cleanse ... is there anything I can do to INCREASE SALIVA PRODUCTION?
Thanks so much all!
Andy
