I have been reading about the benefits of magnesium for reduced pain in child birth. I have been doing
Epsom Salt (magnesium sulfate) baths, started taking Natural Calm magnesium and bought some magnesium oil and am using it as a deoderant. I also bought magnesium glycinate as it is supposed to be easily absorbed, but haven't really taken much as I am doing so well with the natural calm. I like the NC because it disolves in hot water, I don't like all the extra fillers in tablet form.
I've been getting that deep sleep too and I love it. I gave my DH a dose of the NC and didn't know he just downed three beers. He got up in the middle of the night and vomited, he swears it was the mag. So don't take magnesium with your beer!
