Hello All,
I am halfway through day 1 of my 10 day water fast. I have fasted many times before and am not concerned about being able to do it. At my school I am in a fairly intense fitness class and I am worried about having the energy to do that while fasting. What are your thoughts? I am fasted because I need to lose some of the weight I have recently gained. I am hoping to lose 20
pounds in this time. Good luck and I will post tomorrow.
