archus,
that is great news and I am very pleased for you.
It is always so gratifying to hear of a success story, but to be realistic and to err on the side of caution, I would like to add the following....
In Sheltons experience many of his patients would terminate their fasts voluntarily when most if not all of their "disease-symptoms" were either eliminated or so much reduced, that they thought they had "fasted long enough". In most of these cases, if the fast had been continued for a little longer, then full health would have been restored.
I am not saying this applies in your case, but your post-fast re-feeding period is absolutely paramount, and which will enable your body to continue with the healing it really needs.
The fast is only the beginning and not an end in itself, and where you can grow more and more into full & vibrant health if you adhere to a lifestyle that will encourage & nurture it.
My warmest regards
Chrisb1.
