I don't see why not. People go on juice fasts to detox and loose weight, although it may be slower. If you go on juice you would have the energy to exercise so that would help.
I've always lost weight when i've moved house. There is always so much to do, and all that rushing around.
As mouseclick says, you don't have to do it all at once. If you go on a healthy eating regime, you can practise maintaining the weight you have achieved, before losing some more. You may carry on losing just eating healthily, your stomach would have shrunk by now, and you will not need so much to satisfy you.
It is what you eat on a day to day basis, that is the key, not the fasts, they get you there but that is all.
My sister in law, lost 4/5 stones, after going to a weight loss clinic, and being on a liquid meal replacement for several months. She looked great, but everytime she came off it, the weight started to come back, because she hadn't learnt to eat properly, this happened several times, and she used this drink to correct her bad eating.
If the fast teaches you to eat correctly, ie got rid of cravings etc,you are there, so relax and don't worry about it.
