I have never used Miracle-Mineral-Supplement for this type of detox, but I do recommend the following, This is something I use and have been very pleased with the results:

ZEOLITE
A natural and safe mineral, high in Clinoptilolite, the active ingredient in the removal of heavy metals and toxins from the body

Toxins poison our air, our water, our food, and our bodies. According to the EPA, 70,000 chemicals are used commercially in the U.S., 65,000 of which are potentially hazardous to our health. The Environmental Defense Council reports that more than four billion pounds of toxic chemicals are released into the environment each year, including 72 million pounds of known carcinogens.

The toxic onslaught doesn’t stop with carcinogens. A joint study by Mt. Sinai School of Medicine, Commonweal, and the Environmental Working Group in 2003 identified a total of 167 hazardous compounds in the blood and urine of American adults (with an average of 91 per person tested), including 76 known to cause cancer, 94 that are toxic to the nervous system, 82 that damage the lungs, 86 that affect hormone function, and 79 that cause birth defects. A study by the Environmental Working Group in 2004 found a total of 287 industrial chemicals in babies’ umbilical-cord blood, including 180 known to cause cancer, 217 that are toxic to the brain and nervous system.

As many as 25 percent of Americans are estimated to suffer from some degree of heavy metal poisoning, particularly from mercury, lead, cadmium, and arsenic. We are also exposed to a significant amount of radiation and increasing viral attacks. Our immune systems are further compromised by poor nutrition and unhealthy lifestyles, and most of us suffer from an excessively acidic pH level, which creates an internal environment in which cancer – as well as viral, bacterial, and fungal infections – can thrive.

Recently, I learned about zeolite, a naturally occurring negatively charged mineral, with a unique crystalline structure. Zeolite is formed from the fusion of volcanic lava and ocean water, and combines the four elements – air, earth, water, and fire.

It has been used for 800 years throughout Asia as a traditional remedy to promote overall health and well being. It has also undergone 13 years of pharmaceutical research in the U.S. with humans. Zeolite is included on the Food and Drug Administration’s GRAS list (generally recognized as safe) and thus is considered to be “completely safe.”

Zeolite may well be one of the most potent natural preventatives and treatments for cancer ever discovered. Life Link Pharmaceuticals recently completed a preliminary, 14-month, open-label study of 65 level-four, terminal-stage cancer patients. These people had various types of cancer, and all of them had been sent home to die. After taking zeolite, 51 of them (78 percent) experienced complete remission, which means that their cancer disappeared. This preliminary research suggests that zeolite may be effective in treating all forms of cancer, leukemia, and lymphoma.

How it Works

Zeolite’s mechanism of action against cancer cells is unique and unlike that of any other substance I have studied. Theoretically, it has the rare ability to take in a tremendous amount of positively charged toxins, indirectly neutralizing their effect in causing cancer. In the process, the zeolite develops a slight positive charge. It is then attracted to and pulled right into the negatively charged membrane of the cancer cell. When the zeolite moves inside the cancer cell, the cell’s P21 gene is activated. This gene acts as a tumor suppressor through its ability to control cell-cycle progression. The activation of P21 appears to halt the growth of tumors by directly suppressing growth signals.

During in-vitro studies using zeolite, all cancer cells tested were destroyed within 72 hours . This is a claim that cannot be made about any other substance. However, because it is still in the preliminary research phase, it is too soon to declare that zeolite is a cure for cancer.

What I can say is that zeolite has a chelation-like effect in removing heavy metals, pesticides, herbicides, and other positively charged toxins from the system. Zeolite’s negatively charged crystalline structure is what makes this possible. Its crystals act as “cages,” inside of which are positive ions. These positive ions switch places with positively charged toxins in the body, tightly bind them, and excrete them completely.

One of the benefits of binding toxins in this manner is that they are 100 percent excreted. Heavy metals, pesticides, and herbicides all leave the system; they do not get deposited elsewhere in the body. Forty percent of zeolite binds heavy metals in the gastrointestinal tract, and 60 percent binds toxins in the bloodstream and at the cellular level. Zeolite’s binding power was proven during the Chernobyl disaster, when tons of it was used to remove radioactive cesium and strontium-90 before they contaminated local water systems. Acting primarily as a chelator, zeolite trapped these radioactive minerals within its crystalline cage structure.

Zeolite appears to remove toxins from the body in a hierarchical order. It first acts strongly to remove lead, mercury, cadmium, and arsenic. This first phase may take one to four weeks or longer. Zeolite then removes second-priority toxins, including pesticides, herbicides, and plastics. Zeolite appears to increase the rate of glucuronization in the liver, activating phase II of the glucuronidase function. This in turn removes pesticides, herbicides, and xeno-estrogens from the body, releasing them through the urine. Interestingly, it also appears to neutralize the aflatoxin poison.

A third function of zeolite is to trap pre-virus components, preventing the replication of viruses and their ability to make us sick. In this way, zeolite may play an important role as a broad-spectrum anti-viral. Viruses are produced in parts as on a production line, at the end of which the virus is fully constructed. Zeolite absorbs viral parts into the pores of the mirconized zeolite aggregates (not into the chelating-like cages described above).

This explains why zeolite seems to block the development of many viral infections, including herpes virus 1, coxsachie virus B-5, ecco-virus 7, and adeno virus 5.

Forty anecdotal cases of herpes zoster have reportedly been cured, with sufferers becoming pain-free in one to three days after beginning to take zeolite. Anecdotal testimony also reports that it is effective in alleviating or curing the flu, colds, hepatitis C, viral or heavy metal induced multiple sclerosis, and Rheumatoid Arthritis . Zeolite’s effect as an anti-viral appears to be a preventative function that builds up over time, beginning after approximately four to six weeks of use, when heavy metals, pesticides, and herbicides have been mostly eliminated. There is anecdotal evidence, however, that in some cases its anti-viral effect seems to be immediate.

Zeolite also is a unique antioxidant. A traditional antioxidant works by absorbing excess free radicals into its system because it has an unpaired electron. In contrast, zeolite traps free radicals in its complex structure, inactivating and eliminating them. In this way, it acts as a complement to traditional antioxidants.

In addition, zeolite buffers the system towards slight alkalinity by establishing pH levels of 7.35 to 7.45, which is the optimum pH for the human body. The body’s pH level influences both immunity and brain function. An acid blood pH (7.34 or lower) creates a precondition for cancer. In an acid environment, brain cell function can also be impaired, causing depression, anxiety, stupor, paranoia, delusions, hallucinations, or even psychosis.

Zeolite also appears to balance the immune system , either up- or down-regulating it as needed. Although the precise mechanism for this is not entirely understood, this function is clearly very important in a world in which most people’s immune systems are seriously compromised.

Because zeolite so powerfully removes various types of toxins from the body, it naturally increases energy and well-being. Users report improvements in mental clarity and a sense of peace, wellness, and happiness. These are what we term positive secondary effects. For example, clearing out heavy metals allows the body’s magnesium stores to work efficiently with adenosine triphosphate (ATP), the biological source of energy in the body. When this interaction is occurring optimally, people have more energy and experience greater well-being. One study has demonstrated that zeolite also appears to increase serotonin level, which is known to help alleviate some forms of depression.

Zeolite is commercially available. There are no reports of side effects, except one: because of its natural action to absorb water, zeolite can cause dehydration. It is therefore important to drink sufficient water (approximately eight glasses a day) both before and while taking zeolite to ensure adequate hydration.

There is only one contraindication: Zeolite is contraindicated for anyone taking a medication containing heavy metals, such as lithium, or containing platinum, which is found in some cancer medications. Before taking Zeolite, check with your doctor to determine if your medication contains heavy metals or platinum.

Dear Friends,

I am writing this letter in response to the “liquid” Zeolite companies that have popped upin the last couple of years. This response is not directed toward any specific company. Its purpose is to provide you with the information you need to see through the smoke and mirrors and to address the numerous manipulations of fact.It can be very frustrating for people who are exposed to a great volume of information to decipher what is fact and what is fiction. That is exactly what professional marketers are expecting and welcoming. These marketing firms often inundate consumers with a mix of real facts and a manipulation of others to sell their products.Let me start with the real facts about Zeolite:

Myth #1: There is some magic or proprietary process which can turn the mineral Zeolite into a liquid, while maintaining its benefits.

FACT: Zeolite is a solid by nature. It was formed when molten lava came in contact with seawater millions of years ago. Its health benefits are a result of its cage-like structure and its natural occurring negative charge. That negative charge allows Zeolite to attract positively charged metals and toxins like a magnet, trap them in its cage-like structure and draw them out of the body. Any manipulation of this solid (such as making it liquid), destroys the beneficial cage-like structure and negative charge, rendering what’s left (a pool of elements) useless and possibly even dangerous.Lets take a look at the multi-level marketed (“MLM”) “liquid” Zeolite product for a moment:Start with the fact that Zeolite is a compound made up of many different elements that make up the cage-like structure. Now look at this simple scenario to better understand: We use bridges every day to cross-rivers and drive over obstacles. Bridges are made up of, among other things, steel, rivets, bolts and cables. It takes all of these parts, used together, to make up this beneficial structure which allows us to overcome these obstacles. What would happen if you broke the bridge down to its pieces and parts, threw them all in the river and tried to drive over it? You would end up driving over a cliff! Not very beneficial as pieces and parts, is it?The same is true with any “liquid” Zeolite product. They expose the beneficial Zeolite structure to Hydrochloric acid (much stronger than stomach acid) and extreme heat in order to liquefy it (the only 2 known ways to destroy a Zeolite structure). The result is a pool of elements (remember the pieces and parts?) that originally made up the Zeolite structure. Just like the bridge scenario, it is no longer beneficial as parts.I have personally spoken with the inventor of the process used to create the MLM liquid, who admits that he never claimed that the liquid was a Zeolite after his process. His purpose was to invent something that would be beneficial when injected directly into a tumor. There were no claims made about benefits of the liquid when ingested.The MLM company decided that they needed to call the liquid a Zeolite to be able to utilize the scientific studies on Zeolite powder as proof in order to market it. They also took the liberty of marketing it as an ingestible liquid. All very clever manipulation of facts in order to make money.

Myth #2: There have been scientific studies done on the liquid products.

FACT: All of the published scientific studies ever done on Zeolite showing it beneficial for health (detox, diarrhea, immune boosting, cancer, etc.) have been done using the powdered form of the mineral, including those studies being referenced by the liquid companies. There have never been any published studies done on the liquid. This is a multimillion-dollar organization, which uses network marketing and can spread any information like wildfire. You have to believe that results of an independent liquid scientific study would have been everywhere had their product results been shown to be statistically significant.

Myth #3: There is enough Zeolite in ANY liquid product (including the Zeolite suspensions) to be beneficial and get the health results seen in the scientific studies.

FACT: The dosage of Zeolite used in the scientific studies showing it beneficial for detox, cancer, immune boosting, etc. used a dose of between 4,000 mg to 15,000 mg per day. The therapeutic dose of Humic Acid (used as the suspension in some liquids who claim it helps Zeolite get into the cell) is 33mg per day minimum. There is a reason why these companies do not put the supplemental facts for their ingredients on their label, which by the way, is required by the FDA! You would have to drink at least 20 bottles per day of the suspensions to even get the minimum beneficial dose. With liquid products, you obviously are not getting ANY actual Zeolite!Don’t trust me, call the “liquid” Zeolite companies and see for yourself:

1. Ask how much Humic Acid is in the product. Is it 33mg per dose or for the whole bottle?

2. Is the liquid black? Humic Acid is black. If its not, it is probably diluted Fulvic Acid or even just plain water.

3. Ask how much Zeolite is in their product. Are they trying to tell you parts per million? Do they dance around the subject or can they give you the straight answer in Milligrams, which is how Zeolite is dosed in the scientific studies?

4. Is the liquid clear? Can you feel anything in your fingers or is it just plain liquid? Remember, Zeolite is a solid and is silica based like sand. If it is not gritty, chances are that there is no Zeolite at all.

Myth #4: Liquid Zeolite is able to penetrate the cell walls quicker since it is liquid. The powder can’t get into the cells.

FACT: All of the scientific studies have used powdered micronized Zeolite. This form of Zeolite has been shown to be effective and beneficial; therefore, the powder CAN penetrate the cells and provide the health benefits that Zeolite has been shown to do in the studies. Given that there is evidence that the liquid is no longer even a Zeolite, since its beneficial structure was destroyed, what is it that they claim penetrating the cell walls? A puddle of elements which originally made up the Zeolite? This just doesn’t make sense, nor is there scientific evidence to support this.Again, this is fiction, created by a clever marketing department. See for yourself; ask these companies for independent scientific proof or evidence (an independent study) of their claims! There is none.

Myth #5: The liquid companies said that the powder has heavy metals in it and that the liquid is clean.

FACT: This is one of my favorite twists that the marketing teams came up with. I have to appreciate the creativity. All Zeolites contain heavy metals. Zeolites are, by nature, negatively charged and exist in the ground near where heavy metals, which are positively charged, exist naturally. The 2 will obviously be attracted to each other, that is simple science.There are 2 ways that heavy metals can be in a Zeolite. The first is actually being one of the elements that make up the walls in the cage-like structure, since the heavy metals were there while the Zeolite was being formed. The second is being attracted into the cage after the Zeolite is formed. The MLM marketing team was correct in the fact that if you ingest a Zeolite where the heavy metals were attracted into the cage after it was formed, the cage can be full and be less effective. This is the case with almost all of the Zeolite mined in the United States (which is why we don’t use Zeolite mined in the USA for our products).When there are heavy metals in the Zeolite walls from when it was formed, stomach acid is not strong enough to destroy the structure. We have proven this fact using independent labs, which mimic stomach acid based on FDA protocols for the study.Here is the real kicker… Remember I told you that there are only 2 things that can destroy a Zeolite structure? Hydrochloric acid and high heat (remember it was lava or magma when it started). Both of these structure-destroying processes are used in making the MLM liquid Zeolite. Ask yourself: What happens when you destroy the structure and create a pool of elements that originally made up the structure? Even if the heavy metals were safe in the cage walls before the process, they are now loose, readily and bio-available to be absorbed by the body. We have had the MLM liquid analyzed in an independent lab to confirm that heavy metals exist loosely in the liquid Zeolite product.

Myth #6: Great, I see that the real and effective Zeolite is micronized powder. There are plenty of people selling Zeolite powder. Even my pool store has it. I can just go buy it and start consuming it.

FACT: Almost all of the Zeolite mines in the world mine Zeolite for commercial purposes (toxic cleanups, water filter media, pool filter media, soil additive, etc.). They are not concerned with the purity of the mineral since it is for commercial purposes and is not intended for human consumption. There are roughly between 50-60 different forms of Zeolite in the world, two of them toxic to humans. The beneficial form of Zeolite is called Clinoptilolite. Sometimes one of the toxic forms of Zeolite called Erionite is found with Clinoptilolite. The equipment to test for Erionite is very expensive and so is running the tests. Most commercial mines don’t test for Erionite since the tests are so expensive and the Zeolite is being used for commercial purposes anyway. For their uses, it is an unnecessary expense. Many mines also include additives for commercial purposes that can be dangerous to ingest.I hope that this information has been helpful in educating you on the facts about Zeolite.It is a very beneficial mineral given to us by nature and should be used as nature intended it to be.Don’t let these fly by night companies or MLM’s fool you with scare tactics and manipulation of facts so they can make millions of dollars selling snake oil using the name of a very beneficial mineral. Don’t fall for buzzwords like bio-available or cellular.Micronized Zeolite is bio-available and reaches the cells by nature’s design. I am sure that all of these “liquid” companies will be angry that I wrote this letter. However, I knew that it was time that I offered everyone the true facts about Zeolite and cleared away the smoke and mirrors and marketing manipulation of facts surrounding these so called “liquid” Zeolites.

If you are interested let me kmow and I'll send you the info you need to purchase the best Zeolite available. I do a heavy metal detox at least once if not twice a year. It takes forty-five days to do a full heavy meteal detox or less when using the hair analysis

Someone else needs to give you a direct answer on the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement , but my suggestion is for general cleanses.
In your history it does not say you have done any cleanses for the liver/colon/kidneys to speed up their outflow.
You can get information on the different forums. Sciatica is often helped by liverflushing too.

I would try Iodine supplementation instead of Miracle-Mineral-Supplement for that.


I'm going to try this product as I believe it is well thought out without the dangerous drugs.

I used Waiora's NCD for heavy metal detox for 8 months (mercury, lead, cadmium). The last month I only did Miracle-Mineral-Supplement and it worked just as well (I had been tested at 8 months too and at the end). I am still taking 6 drops/day of Zeolite for maintenance and also Miracle-Mineral-Supplement , but not consistent with the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement .

My practitioner said I was low in minerals so recommended Concentrace, I took that for a while then switched to 10-20g per day (1-2 scoops) of URI's "The Feast" to up my good minerals and that tested to work also.

One of the interviews with Jim Humble mentions someone who was successful with mercury detox in just a week or two on MMS. I personally think MMS is 'stronger' and quicker than Zeolites.

While I used Waiora's Zeolites and they worked fine (the only side effect would be constipation if you don't drink enough water and fuzzy head if you start detoxing too fast, in which case just cut back on the dosage), I would HIGHLY recommend the zeolite/humic sold by Dr. Bill Deagle at Nutrimedical.com Once I run out of Waiora's, I will be getting those next. It is simply a better thought-out product that should be more effective and safer for the body than powdered zeolite or Waiora's NCD.

Dr. Deagle also recommends the Lectrochi foot bath. I don't have one YET!

I am also helping a miner of 40-years who has so far started detoxing with mostly MMS. He has splotches on his skin and shaking hands (I think Mercury and lead are his main problems, but we have yet to get him tested properly.) Most of his shaking hands stopped shaking in just 4 days on MMS at 3 drops 2x/day. He also noticed other things working better in his body.
