Hi Everyone,
After all my research I'm glad I've found a forum to help me with water fasting. A few things I want to clear up:
-Should be drinking only distilled water, right?
-Multivitamins? Take or not?
-What about laxative or herbal teas to get things moving?
-What about powerade or gatorade for electrolytes?
-Thoughts on doing a
Sea Salt water flush in the morning?
