o don't consider the making of it at home (with no additives) "processed food, esp. when almost everything I (and he) eat is home-prepared, and 'whole foods'.
Answer: WHY choose to eat refined foods that add to our Sickness and Diseases no matter how nice of a texture they may have when one may get the Real thing and enjoy something Healthy?
I can state it as a Fact that Fresh ground Whole wheat made into bread has a much Better taste than the Refined and Processed bread that is Void of any Life ! This Whole Wheat Bread also has the Alkaline Minerals still in it that were in the wheat, whereas the wheat gluten does not contain these needed Alkaline Minerals ! Also the better the Quality of the orginal Wheat the better the end bread may also end up being !
