I think it so weird that doctors don't know about fasting. I mean
Shelton fasted thousands of people. You would think they would know about it.
It shows you just how much they don't understand about the body. And we are supposed to trust and have confidence in them, i state my case.
I only learnt about fasting a year ago. I would never tell anyone, but my husband is on side anyway, he has done a few short fasts also, and with regard to family i only see them a few times a year as they don't live nearby, so they are not a problem.
However, in some ways i feel it is our duty to spread the word. I would give a book to someone i thought could benefit and if i suspected they would be open to the process. I would not say i'm fasting at the moment or whatever though. Just i've read this book, what do you think?
