I've been Intermittantly Fasting all of August. Basically, I've been eating for one day and then fasting for 2-3 and then eating again. It has helped me fast while dealing with family events as they've presented themselves.
About month ago my doctor's nurse weighed me and I was 202 first thing in the morning. I just had another doctor's appointment today and weighed 192 mid afternoon. That's a 10 pound loss over the month! I'm pretty excited...

Next goal weight: 182
I also just checked my BMI, and have gone from 31.6 to 30.1 - I've lost 1.5 in my BMI - yay!!!
