Cancer, arthritis, heart disease, diabetes etc. all relate back to the liver. The arteries don't accumulate debris, calcium, plaque, whatever, unless the liver is compromised.
Distilled water is the great natural solvent. Natokinase is from fermented soy and is a good all around food. As just about anything fermented is. It gives the body what it needs to stay healthy and that includes normalizing fibrinogen levels. It's not mandatory though.
The body will clean itself at the proper rate over the proper time to avoid strokes, heart attacks, and all that. Chunks of debris don't fall off the arteries, they are slowly disolved.
So if the arteries are clogged and the joints full of excess calcium you've had liver probelms for quite some time. The only time I recomend Nattokinase is the recent heart attack victim. But it's getting tricky nowdays to do that because of the stints they put in the arteries. And I really don't trust anything that concentrated.
As the liver gets healthier the distilled water WILL disolve the plaque off the arterial walls. And even the excess calcium out of the joints. Which hurts a bit BTW when it comes out of the joints.
To artifically clean the arteries with mega dosages of this or that is NOT recommended. Your just chasing symptoms around. Debug and decongest the liver and colon and the only way your arteries and joints can load up is if you're lazy and won't get off your butt to do anything. And mega dosages of vitamins HAVE to be synthetic which are by definition drugs. So toss the mega dosage vitamin therapies and stick with herbs and foods.
Nattokinase is good but I don't advise it under normal cleansing regimes. The distilled water and daily oils will do it in the appropriate way in the appropraite time frame.
