here is a potassium broth recipe--very satisfying,very good to end the fast with, if you feel you can stand the garlic and the heat. There's not much point tothe actual vegetables once this is finished cooking. Probably better to get you bulk form raw fruit.

This is a great-tasting addition to your cleansing program. It will flush your system of toxins, poisons and unwanted salts and acids while giving you a concentrated amount of vitamins and minerals.
Fill a large pot with 25% potato peelings, 25% carrot peelings and whole chopped beets, 25% chopped on-ions including 50 cloves of garlic , 25%
Celery and dark greens. Add hot peppers to taste. Add enough distilled water to cover vegetables and simmer on very low temperature for 1-2 hours. Strain, or just dip your mug in, and drink only the broth. Put the vegetables in your compost.
personally, I use all sorts of greens, (kale, chard, spinach, various lettuces) potatoes, carrots, leeks, beets, celery, onions + their skins, garlic, lime leaves, lemon grass -because I like a thai feeling, cloves, and whatever other veg. I can think of.
Strian, and when cooked and cooled, add a bit of ACV to extract the most minerals, and a bit of sea or Himalayan salt. So filling! My partner can go all day on a simple bowl of this. This is a soup to sip, even when not fasting.
