It is my understanding that all fruits and vegetables contain highly structured water and in a perfect world would meet our daily hydration needs. Unfortunately, due to the higher levels of pollution and toxicity in our environment, coupled with the fact that people don't sustain themselves on an exclusive diet of fruits and veggies we must consume water to combat the added stresses to our bodies.
For example, you would need to consume 10 cups of water to combat the ill effects caused by 1 cup of soda. There are two types of substances on this planet. Life promoting and life depleting. Cooked food, processed foods, chemicals, air pollution, EMF's are all life depleting; the more exposure to this category, the shorter your life span and the greater the need to offset it with raw fruits and vegetables, pure water and geopathic free zones.
