Water Fast is like walking over the edge of a cliff.
Once someone has done a successful water fast, there is no turning back, you can't unlearn knowledge. But the initial steps can be quite scary, because it is such a seismic shift in thinking.
Knowledge is the only thing that can overcome the ignorance and fear of a water fast, so anyone who is worried / concerned / doubtful should just take their time, browse the forums, and give it a try when they feel ready. Once you have done one, it's great! :)
