Today is day three, and I'm totally juice fasting keeping my calories below 500.
Yesterday I refed, keeping calories under 1500
Two days ago I totally juice fasted keeping calories below 500.
This IF Plan is not so bad. I still seem to be slimming down if clothes fits are any indication.
Basically what happened with me was I started a fast two days ago and then due to a hectic schedule yesterday completely missed drinking anything until I met a dear friend of mine for a very late lunch, at which I had planned to just have juice. I ended up having a big salad because I was feeling really woozy from lack of any liquids at all.
Since I already know that this weekend we have guests who will think I'm insane if I dont eat anything...so if I do the IF Fast, it'll allow me to eat on the days I need to eat a little and will allow me to fast on all the days I need to.
