Hi Ya'll,
Many folks may drink Protein drinks and or use Protein powders?
What should one be aware of as to what may be better for our bodys when one considers these ideas?
Generally whey protein drinks uses protein isolate, which is very high in
concentrated protein and very low in alkaline minerals, and if our other foods
do not contain enough Alkalizing Minerals, then we may have problems regardless
of the sugar content.
If one wants to use Milk Protein in this form, then it is much better to just use Whole Sweet Whey Powder, as it still contains the Alkaline Minerals !
The Soy Protein drinks may generally use Soy protein Isolate, which is the Soy Protein having been Stripped of it's needed Alkaline Minerals, thus adding to the Future problems !
The same applys to Soy Proteins, if one chooses to use these then one may be Better to use the Full Fat Whole Soy Powder, which still has "ALL" the Alkaline Minerals bound with it !
As always, the Whole Food is always Better than the Isolate !
