With Too high Nitrogen, we have Poor Quality foods!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
When we have foods which have a High Density, which may come because the plant
has had enough phosphates to bind enough Alkaline minerals into the plant, this
then may produce a High brix reading which may be of Top Quality!
When we read the brix scale when testing any Natural foods, the higher the brix
reading may mean the greater the Density of the Alkaline Minerals in that food!
"IF" we get a reading which is very sharp and clear to read, this may mean that
the food is higher in Nitrogen , and "IF" the Brix reading is Low, then this
food is going to be Acidic and of very Poor Quality!
"IF" the reading is very high , yet still sharp and clear, then this may mean
that the food is on the Acidic side but it has been able to take in lots of
Alkaline Minerals, but it may not have been able to fully Completely Complex all
of the Alkaline Minerals in with the Protein and Carbohydrates and oils etc!
When the reading is Very High, but has a Fuzzy Line, this food may be of Top Quality and "NOT" have any Free Nitrogen and may have a much Sweeter taste to it !
So, there are lots of things one may learn about foods when we understand how
to read the refractometer readings!
The Greater the Density the Better the Quality the food is !
The Better the Quality the food is, the Better our body may be for eating these foods and the Healthier we may be or Become !
